Kolkata Comics Karnival is city's biggest comics & pop-culture event uniting all comics lovers and nerds under one roof.Kolkata Comics Karnival’s main objective is to promote modern Indian comics culture and its pioneers and all that comes with it, the artform, the performative aspects and the new generation of artists under one roof. In this connection, we aim to display comic artworks, sell comic books, comics related merchandise etc. to the enthusiastic readers of comic books. We also wish to promote visual art where participants would cosplay as famous Bengali or Indian comic book and novel characters that have enthralled the audience through decades.
